Input sever login information

When you open up the program you will see the text box's to enter the host, login, password, and port #. You must first fill out the login request form to receive the server login info that goes here. Here is a sample of what needs to go in.

Before you login you will need to change the settings on a few things.

First Set Retries to 240 Seconds.

1. click options at the top and then choose general options. Another window will open with a few tabs on it. Make sure you are on the general tab. Now change the retry delay to at least 120 sec. this is pretty standard with any server on etree.

Now you need to disiable NOOP/Keep Alive.

Click the events tab. You should now see 2 column of stuff. One heading says "On Transfer Completion" and the other "On Connect". under the "On Transfer Completion" make sure you check disconnect from site. If you don't most siteops will ban you from returning. The reason is because if you are not there when it finishes you will be idle, taking up a login for someone else. You don't have to change the part under "On Connect".

Now you are ready to connect.

Simply click the little handshake at the top left.

PASSIVE MODE

If you have any trouble logging in, try using passive mode. Click options at the top and then choose general options. Now choose the firewall tab and put a check in the box Enable FTP firewall/proxy and make sure Passive is choosen.

Queue up your files

When it connects you will see all the files on the right side of the screen. When you find a show you want to download, highlight it and click the picture that is a folder with a down arrow on it. This will put what ever you queue into the lower frame of the program.

Start Transfering

Now when you have what you want to download in the bottom click the GREEN GO button to start your transfer. Make sure you know where the files are going on your computer. This is shown on the left side of the screen. The easiest thing to do is crate a directory on a drive that has the most room. Each show is going to be about 1gig.
